My Story
I know what it costs to lose great people, because I spent years inside the NHS fixing exactly that problem.
I was recruited into the NHS specifically to tackle high staff turnover across a large trust. I didn't study retention from the outside; I designed and delivered the programmes, shaped the culture, and saw firsthand what it takes to build an environment where people genuinely want to stay. That experience is the foundation of everything I do today.
I work with organisations across the UK as a consultant, speaker and trainer, helping leaders reduce the cost of staff turnover, build high-performing teams, and navigate the people challenges that come with AI transformation.
