Every document comes in editable and printable versions, so you can adapt the question bank and templates to your organisation's language or print them ready for a conversation. They work with standard office software; no specialist tools are required.
Is a stay conversation a formal HR process?
No. The toolkit is not a disciplinary, grievance or legal process. It provides a structured, human conversation designed to help managers understand what is encouraging someone to stay, what may cause them to leave and what support could improve their day-to-day experience.
Which licence is right for me?
An individual licence covers use by one purchaser for their own professional work. A team licence covers use by a defined internal team or stated number of managers. For wider internal use across your organisation, an organisational licence is priced by size and intended usage. Request a quotation through the contact form. Sharing an individual licence across a team or organisation is not permitted.
