What formats are the files in, and what software do I need?
The toolkit is supplied as editable and printable files that work with Microsoft Office or free Google Workspace tools. No specialist survey software is required. The analysis dashboard comes with an example completed using fictional data, so you can see how it works before you start.
Which licence is right for me?
An individual licence covers use by one purchaser for their own professional work. A team licence covers use by a defined internal team or stated number of managers. For wider internal use across your organisation, an organisational licence is priced by size and intended usage. Request a quotation through the contact form. Sharing an individual licence across a team or organisation is not permitted.
How is the toolkit delivered?
Orders are currently fulfilled personally. Once your licence and payment are confirmed, your files are sent by email within one working day.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because the toolkit is digital content, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions, linked in the footer of every page. If you're unsure whether the toolkit fits your situation, please ask before you order. A quick email is always welcome.
What are my responsibilities around survey data?
The toolkit provides guidance on survey purpose, proportionate survey length and communication, and includes guidance on taking care when reporting results for small groups or identifiable comments. As the purchaser, you remain responsible for lawful data handling within your organisation.
How is this different from the Retention & Culture Diagnostic?
The toolkit is a self-service resource: you run the survey, analyse the findings and plan the actions yourself. The Retention & Culture Diagnostic is a consultancy engagement in which Ruth gathers and interprets the evidence for you and provides a prioritised improvement plan. If you want expert interpretation and support, the diagnostic is the better route.
